Lil’ Bookworms Story Time & Craft
Bring your little ones for a cozy, joy‑filled time at the library! Lil’ Bookworms is perfect for children ages 3 through Pre‑K, but all ages are invited to join the fun.
Each session is about 30 minutes and includes a sweet story, an easy craft, and plenty of giggles and imagination. Come spend time with Miss Bri as she brings stories to life and helps little hands create something special to take home.

Early childhood literacy is important!
Children who are read to regularly exhibit higher activation in areas of the brain that support mental imagery and comprehension of narratives — key skills needed for independent reading comprehension. Story Times incorporate the early literacy skills that children must master before they can learn to read. Library programs have significant positive impacts on early development and help equip children with lifelong learning and literacy skills that help prepare them for school and beyond.
