Interested in Local History? In 2023, the Bellaire Public Library will be opening a Local History Room dedicated to preserving the history of Bellaire and the surrounding Belmont County and local tri-state areas of east-central Ohio, the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, and southwest Pennsylvania. 

In the meantime, there are plenty of resources at the Bellaire Public Library to get you started researching.
