The Library has a limited supply of at-home rapid COVID test kits. Distribution of the rapid test kits is through curbside service only. Call the library at 740-676-9421 before planning a visit to make sure kits are still available, then stay in your car upon arrival and call the library to let staff members know you are here to pick up test kits.
Test kits are made available through the library courtesy of the Ohio Department of Health. A maximum of six tests per household will be distributed.
If you are symptomatic, or if you have been told to quarantine because you are in close contact to someone who has COVID-19, send someone else to get the test kit for you. Bellaire Public Library assumes no liability or responsibility in regard to the expiration date or results of the kits.
While supplies last, test kits are available to pick up by curbside service during regular library hours: Monday-Wednesday from 9 am – 7 pm; Thursday from 9 am – 6 pm; Friday from 9 am – 5 pm; and Saturday, 9 am – 2pm.
