Celebrating all Moms and Moms-to-be! Join Belmont County WIC for some fun, prizes, information and food!!! All Moms and Moms-to-be from Belmont County and all who are on the Belmont County WIC Program. First come, first served until they run out. The WIC staff will be available to sign up anyone wanting to join WIC or have questions about Breastfeeding.
