Kappler Collection

The Kappler Collection consists of 29 color photographs showing scenes from the fire which destroyed the Barsi Building, fka  the Mellott Building, located in the 33rd Block of Belmont Street by an unknown photographer.   This fire photo collection is dated December, 2007.
