The Bellaire Public Library has temporarily run out of COVID-19 take-home test kits. As tests are available, they are sent to local health departments and libraries by the Ohio Department of Health’s State Testing Team. Shipping dates and volumes are determined by statewide demand and available supplies. A new shipment is expected to arrive at the Bellaire Public Library by the beginning of the week of September 23.
