Bellaire Public Library Exterior Photograph Guernsey Street entraceBellaire Public Library serves the greater community of Bellaire, Ohio, a small community nestled between the foothills of the Appalachian mountains and the banks of the Ohio River.

The Library is located in the Mellott Memorial Building, located at the corners of Guernsey and 32nd Street, a stone’s throw away from the historic Great Stone Viaduct Bridge.

OUR MISSION:

The Bellaire Public Library serves its patrons by providing information needed to support lifelong learning.

This information, which is offered in various formats, includes materials and events that cover a broad array of topics relating to work, school, and recreational interests. Staff assistance in research activities, equipment use, and digital literacy is also provided.

Meeting spaces are available for the community for its various activities.
