Membrino Castricone was Mayor of Bellaire, Ohio during the 1960’s and 1970’s, and the collection of black and white photographs chronicle events during his administrations over several terms. Many photographs would have been taken by newspaper photographers for the local newspaper the Times-Leader. The photographs include the Mayor with other public and private officials with whom he came in contact during his terms as Mayor of Bellaire, and include many group photographs. These include the Bellaire Fire Department, Farmers and Merchants Bank officials, Bellaire All-American Days officials, Top Ford representatives, police officials, city council, Busack IGA groundbreaking, and other ribbon cutting events. The collection includes photographs of the building the Bellaire Water Treatment Plant which was spearheaded by the Mayor, and a B & O Bridge and Stone Viaduct photograph.
