The Bellaire Public Library will be closed for Columbus Day on Monday, October 14th. Regular library hours will resume on Tuesday, October 15th.
Remember that while the Library closes for holidays, our digital services are always available 24/7 with your library card. Don’t have a BPL card? If you’re a Belmont County resident, you can get a digital library card. With your digital card, you can check out books through the Ohio Digital Library (https://ohdbks.overdrive.com/) and access databases through the Ohio Web Library (https://www.ohioweblibrary.org/).
